Privacy notice
In brief: the website has no analytics, advertising, contact form or marketing cookies. If you email us, we process your address and correspondence in Zoho Mail to assess and handle your B2B enquiry.
1. Controller

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but without a contact address and a reasonable description we may be unable to respond. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Recipients and processors
- Zoho Mail — email inbox and delivery. The public MX and verification records for developed.sk point to zoho.eu, which corresponds to Zoho’s European data centre. The administrator must still confirm the European region, exact contracting entity, signed data-processing agreement and retention settings in the account: [CONFIRM DPA AND SETTINGS].
- Vercel Inc. — static website hosting and edge-request processing. The account uses the Hobby plan; Web Analytics is disabled, Speed Insights has no data, Observability Plus is not enabled, there are no Log Drains and the project has no server functions. Vercel’s current DPA expressly covers Pro and Enterprise plans, not Hobby. Before publication, upgrade to a plan covered by the DPA or obtain Slovak counsel’s confirmation of another compliant contractual and role analysis.

We do not claim that data never leaves the EU. Any transfer outside the EEA must be assessed for the particular provider and rely on an appropriate GDPR Chapter V mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email info@developed.sk; we may reasonably verify identity before acting.
The Slovak supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
5. Security and sensitive information
The website is delivered over encrypted HTTPS. Do not send passwords, private keys, complete databases, health information or other sensitive material by ordinary email. A secure transfer method should be agreed separately.
6. Updates
